We thank you for your purchase on our site. We know that sometimes for a number of reasons it needs to be returned. Some exclusions may apply to certain items.

You can Start a return by accessing your purchase history in your account user profile.

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive in the mail. Make sure you keep your invoice as proof of purchase. You will be required to return this invoice in your original packaging. This invoice is used for future identification of the item purchased.

Using our Self Serve Return form to initiate the return process

Once your return has been accepted your will be getting an email and a shipping label. Please package the item securely, if possible in its original box. Drop it off at any USPS (United States Postal Service) Post office. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Upon arrival please allow time for processing. When accepted you will be getting a refund to the card used at the time of purchase. *You will not be getting reimbursment for the original postage. Our store does allow free return postage to domestic orders only (International orders excluded).
